1. Professional Services
Anchor Bookkeeping Services provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance assistance as an IAC Certified Technical Financial Accountant and Registered Tax Practitioner. We rely on the absolute accuracy of the financial records, documents, and info supplied by the client to render these services.

2. Fees and Payments
All quotes issued are subject to scope verification. Payment terms for services rendered will be outlined on your respective professional invoice. Payfast or digital EFT options are provided for payment processing security.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized, specialized nature of technical accounting and tax compliance submission work, fees paid for completed professional labor are non-refundable. If any administrative or clerical errors occur on our behalf, they will be rectified promptly at no additional charge to the client.

4. POPIA Privacy Statement & Data Protection
In strict compliance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Anchor Bookkeeping Services is committed to safeguarding client data privacy. We collect names, contact details, tax numbers, and financial histories solely to execute legal tax compliance and accounting duties. No client records will ever be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties without explicit consent, except where strictly mandated by statutory South African regulatory bodies (such as SARS). Data is handled with rigorous electronic security protocol to prevent unauthorized access.
